Nice easy to use app that consistently delivers audio files to my customers. I like that I'm able to customize the emails. Very easy to create digital products and link to store products. Working exactly how I need it to.

We’ve been using FileMonk for around a year now. The support team has been excellent. We recently required an enhancement to support EU digital sales and they implemented the feature in only a couple of days. We tried several other digital sales apps and decided on this on based on feature set, cost and responsiveness of the dev team.

Der Beste Support, den ich je erlebt habe. Es wurde sich sofort, um meine Problematik gekümmert (von einem realen Menschen im Chataustausch) und es wurden sogar ohne nachzufragen eigenständig Anpassungen gemacht, sodass alles genau so läuft wie es ich es vorhatte.

Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Und das in 100% positivster Art und Weise.

Also ich kann es zu 100% jedem nur empfehlen, der digitale Downloads anbieten möchte. Die Funktionen sind umfangreich, man kann alles einstellen und wenn man es nicht kann, macht der Support das für einen.

Und mal so nebenbei.. ich habe nur den Free Plan und die sind trotzdem da so hinterher so gut zu helfen wie es nur geht.
