Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Filemonk is the best app I've found from Shopify to automatically deliver digital downloads to my customers. The pricing for each tier is reasonable with plenty of room for my needs on the free option. After testing a couple of other apps from Shopify, I felt that the "download" emails they would send to my customers weren't customizable enough or looked spammy. I like that I can change the button colors and add my logo to each page to customize my customers' experience.

In addition to great performance from the app, Kartik (the developer) is AMAZING at customer service. After I reached out to him with a problem, he didn't just fix it for me - he created a whole new feature of the app in less than a day to make that change accessible for me should I want to keep editing it in the future!

I've been very pleased with Filemonk so far and would definitely recommend you use it as your digital download delivery system.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY BABY!!! THIS APP IS GREAT FOR MY DIGITAL ART. EVEN THE LIVE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH KARTIK WAS GREAT. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS INSTANTLY AND HELPED ME FIGURE OUT A FEW THINGS WHILE GETTING STARTED USING FILEMONK. I ALSO LIKE THE ABILITY TO ADD MULTIPLE FILES TO EACH OF MY LISTINGS INSTEAD OF ONLY 1 LIKE OTHER APPS. THE ONLY ISSUE I SEE IS WHEN I LINK A FILE TO MY LISTING AND REFRESH THE BROWSER, THE LISTING SAYS THERE AREN'T ANY FILES LINKED. HOWEVER, WHEN I GO TO THE FILES SECTION,ITS THERE. ITS A BIT CONFUSING. WHEN I CLICK THE LISTING ON THE LEFT, I WANT IT TO SHOW THE FILE CONNECTED ON THE RIGHT; EVEN IF I LEAVE THE PAGE, REFRESH AND COME BACK. OVERALL, ITS A GREAT APP. We are just moving our digital content shop from another platform to Shopify. Since we are a digital-only shop this wouldn't have been possible without Kartiks Filemonk. His support so far has been fast, straight and always practical helping out without hesitation wherever we found limits. The little issues and needs that we have with the App like exporting, sorting and filtering files and products or multi-language will very probably be solved in future updates. Looking forward to see the shop start. Up to now tests have been working out very fine.

Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product.
I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow.
For someone who's in online business but is not a web developer, this kind of support is GOLD!
