Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

I have been using this app for over a month now. I was able to set everything up to my expectations. If I have questions, they can be quickly resolved thanks to the support of the creators. I'm happy.

We at musicproductionstorety are trying to break through with digital products aimed at composers and music producers. Filemonk App is very much helpful in achieving exactly that.

I use FileMonk to deliver my eBook and digital sets of affirmation cards. It has been super user-friendly and does exactly what I need it to do! I have tried a few other digital download apps, and FileMonk has been my favorite so far. Simple, efficient, clean. Thank you!

The App is easy to install and I like that we can customize the pages with our colors and logo. I needed to contact support and got an answer right away.

Compared to other apps, FileMonk offers a little more storage to start—that's why I switched. Plus, the UI is pretty and clean. Took a little bit of jerry-rigging to get it tailored to my specifications, but it wasn't hair-pulling, and a quick Google search helped troubleshoot any issues.

I'll be happy to stay committed to FileMonk for as long as it works.

I absolutely LOVE this app! I am currently very close to giving birth, and so I won't be able to monitor my store as closely as soon as I'm off to the hospital. Using this app, I have no worries! All of my orders are filled IMMEDIATELY and accurately! It integrates wonderfully with my store, and it's pretty quick and simple to attach the correct files to my new products. My only wish is that there was a way to organize files better in the "attach existing files" window. My products all come separately and then also in bundles, so I list the single products first and then just attach the files to the bundles. I've started naming my files with code numbers at the beginning to find them easily, but I'd love to be able to sort by most recently uploaded or something like that. Otherwise, the app is perfect and I highly recommend!!!

App is very easy and simple to use. Just drag and drop, even for different product variants. Uploading multiple files for the same product is an added bonus. Kartik has been very helpful with issues I've been having, as well as implementing tools that I though would be useful. Perfect app for what I need and well worth the price!

I was really nervous about trying to sell digital downloads and how to do it , but I knew I needed to get my head around it some time as I had craft and other downloads I want to offer in my store , as soon as I appeared to try to use the all, having downloaded it ages ago LOL ..Kartik was there to help and keeping an eye on things , I was nervous as I went through the process but Kartik was so helpful and supportive, love this app and so glad I chose it for my digital items , I well recommend it
