Shashi was very helpful and was able to edit my download page to make the font larger (as my brand font was very small). It was done super quickly and Shashi was very friendly.
LIsten, I didn't get name, though it was right there in the header. But I know that sentient is a keeper. S/he solved my frustion in one sitting. I love the approach to problem solving. I learned a lot more than I had intended. Thank you.
I would like to thank Hassan, for getting to the bottom of my issue in a quick, timely and friendly manner. He was very patient and understanding. Thank you again Hassan!
Very impressed with the patience of the staff who attended to me. Walked me through patiently and gently nudging me in the right direction until I was fully set up and confident using the app in my store.

Hi there! I'm one of the app's founders. Sincerely sorry about this - unfortunately, we had a tiny bug related to correctly showing the filename slip into a recent release of the app. We fixed it up soon as the team notified us about it and everything is working as it should now. It only affected the download experence on Customer Account page - on all other surfaces, it worked a-okay.
In any case, this is not the experience I wanted you to have. If there's anything we can do to get you back on to Filemonk, I'll be more then glad to help you out myself. :)
