Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

This app is great, much better than the others I've used before. It's easy to attach digital downloads to products, and took me about 15 minutes to set up properly. Kartik was quick to respond to any questions I had and provided excellent support. I would definitely recommend; the free option is also great, when I start making more sales I will likely upgrade. Amazing app and customer support service! I tried a bunch of other apps before sticking to Filemonk, all of them did not provide the features and plans I need for my website. Filemonk makes it really easy for me to upload files and for my customers to download them directly from their accounts. I love the customization it provides and the unlimited storage amount. Best digital download app out there!

I needed to sell customers .mp3 files as a product. I created the product pages in Shopify then used Digital Downloads - Filemonk to import the product .mp3 file and set up the link between the .mp3 file and the product page. Digital Downloads- Filemonk had all the capability I needed to review the product-mp3 file links and the .mp3 files to be sure every product was linked and links were correct. I had one product linked to two .mp3 files and two duplicate .mp3 files one of which was not linked. It was easy to fix both problems.

I found this app when looking for a good way to organized our digital product library. I was very impressed with the intuitive interface and how easy it was to set up. So far we have had no issues to note and it has done everything we need.

I asked for support and received a response not even 5 minutes later. I also really like the option to stay on a free plan if you don't have more than 30 orders a month. This is great for small businesses or someone who's just starting out. Thank you! :)

A great plugin with great customer service!

It's amazing that I can use these services for free. I'm willing to pay a subscription fee. And it would be nice if there was a function for customers to receive receipts.

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.

Filemonk is reliable unlike Shopify's Digital Downloads app. I havent had any problems so far and has great features
