Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Filemonk is doing exactly what we need it to do, deliver digital files to our customers. So far it's perfect, exactly what we needed.

So far, I've had a great experience with the app. Easy and intuitive to set up. When I had a (very small) issue, customer service (Sandesh) responded quickly and resolved it within hours. I'll come back to update my review once I've had more time using it.

I'm really happy with Filemonk, my resources are delivered to customers instantly and whenever i do need support from the team they reply to messages straight away.

It's early days for me using the Filemonk app, but so far the app has been quite easy to use. The support team have been very helpful with any questions. I look forward to producing more online courses and materials for my website!
