Excellent customer service ! Overall it’s a very good app if you want to sell ebooks or pair an ebook with a physical product ! 10/10

5 STARS ALL THE WAY BABY!!! THIS APP IS GREAT FOR MY DIGITAL ART. EVEN THE LIVE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH KARTIK WAS GREAT. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS INSTANTLY AND HELPED ME FIGURE OUT A FEW THINGS WHILE GETTING STARTED USING FILEMONK. I ALSO LIKE THE ABILITY TO ADD MULTIPLE FILES TO EACH OF MY LISTINGS INSTEAD OF ONLY 1 LIKE OTHER APPS. THE ONLY ISSUE I SEE IS WHEN I LINK A FILE TO MY LISTING AND REFRESH THE BROWSER, THE LISTING SAYS THERE AREN'T ANY FILES LINKED. HOWEVER, WHEN I GO TO THE FILES SECTION,ITS THERE. ITS A BIT CONFUSING. WHEN I CLICK THE LISTING ON THE LEFT, I WANT IT TO SHOW THE FILE CONNECTED ON THE RIGHT; EVEN IF I LEAVE THE PAGE, REFRESH AND COME BACK. OVERALL, ITS A GREAT APP. Perfect app, very intuitive and easy to setup. Works great, customers can download their files right from the thank you page and they also receive an email. I haven't had one customer yet ask me where their files are. Great app
