Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

I used this app to add some seamless digital files to my website. I like how simple it is to use and add multiple files to each listing. You have the option to add different files to each variant so it cuts down on time for making multiple listings. I haven't had any issues; if your looking for a simple way to add digital uploads to your website then this app is perfect for you.

I needed to sell customers .mp3 files as a product. I created the product pages in Shopify then used Digital Downloads - Filemonk to import the product .mp3 file and set up the link between the .mp3 file and the product page. Digital Downloads- Filemonk had all the capability I needed to review the product-mp3 file links and the .mp3 files to be sure every product was linked and links were correct. I had one product linked to two .mp3 files and two duplicate .mp3 files one of which was not linked. It was easy to fix both problems.

It's amazing that I can use these services for free. I'm willing to pay a subscription fee. And it would be nice if there was a function for customers to receive receipts.

I needed an app to allow me to include digital downloads with my board game, Anthromancer - this seems to do the trick. There was a built in chat feature that allowed me to directly contact the lead developer and ask questions and discuss my needs. Excellent customer service. I'm hopeful to see how this app grows.
