I've tried other digital product apps for Shopify, but this one is my favorite. The interface is decently easy to use, and I've had no issues with any of its features. Seems to be doing exactly what it says it'll do. Support is also very responsive and helpful.
The support team at Filemonk is really awesome!
I needed help setting up and uploading my files and Prarthana was able to assist me within minutes.
