THIS APP WORKS BEAUTIFULLY! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! I WAS HAVING ISSUES SETTING SOMETHING UP (TOTALLY MY FAULT) AND I REACHED OUT TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP ME, SNEHA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH MY LITTLE ISSUE. SO FAR THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THIS APP. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Me encanta esta aplicación, soy nueva vendiendo productos digitales y me ayudaron con el early stage program para tener los beneficios de un plan a un menor costo. Todo el proceso para que mis clientes descarguen el archivo es muy fácil y amigable. Estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta aplicación
I tried several apps for digital downloads and Filemonk is the most trusted so far.
Even for free version they have plenty of additional options to customize the process. My favorite opinion is that I can add "download" section to the client purchase history page. As a person who purchases digital download myself I can tell this is very convenient for client.

I have just launched my first digital product using Filemonk. I am using the free version at the moment because I wanted to trial it but I am super impressed already. It is very easy to use and very initiative. The free version is limited in the number of downloads per month but it does include enough of the other features that I have been able to get a great understanding of what I can do. I will be upgrading to the paid version soon.

I would totally recommend this!
I needed an easy way to send digital files to my customers after they made a purchase, and Filemonk delivered!
Not only is it intuitive to use, but their help videos make getting up and running easy.
You can also check your dashboard to confirm that files were actually sent to the customer after purchase, which is helpful for troubleshooting customer issues.
Super grateful I found this app - give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
