I recently used Filemonk when setting up my website. The support was really good, and they responded very quickly to help me.
This is a very well-made application that offers a wide variety of settings. I highly recommend it.

Great experience, even though the price is a bit high for digital downloads, customer support is great and they solve the issues quickly
So far, I've had a great experience with the app. Easy and intuitive to set up. When I had a (very small) issue, customer service (Sandesh) responded quickly and resolved it within hours. I'll come back to update my review once I've had more time using it.
