Great app. Very user friendly and delivers files to my customers quickly and efficiently

This is the best digital products app on Shopify.

First of all, it's one of the only apps I could find that allows an external link to digital products rather than a downloadable file. My digital products are already hosted online, so there is nothing to download, but Filemonk lets me use the download button as a link. (Other apps always require you to upload a file). The button appears on thank you pages and in an email. And customers can always revisit the order page where their digital products are listed. Perfect.

Also, they have excellent support. Sneha and Anaam dealt with all my questions within minutes. At one point I even asked to adjust a feature and it was implemented by the developers the next day.

The pricing is affordable and they are generous with discounts. The feature ideas forum tab is a good sign that they listen to feature requests.

This was my first time setting up to sell a digital product and it was an easy process, which I definitely appreciated. I like that their paid plans are reasonably priced. I had a question and the representative got back to me promptly and was very kind and professional. After I set up my product, I ran a test order and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend the Filemonk app.

Prarthana answered my questions and provided me with screenshots to help me do what I need to setup my product correctly. She was patient and was eager to provide me with the information. Great job!

The App does what it says on the tin, managing delivery and downloads of digital products, integrates with Shopify as well as anything can ... well pleased with this.

So far I've been able to set everything up nice and easy, and if I've been unsure on something, I've been able to go on the live chat and recieve instance help which has been amazing, Anaam helped me with a couple of things and gave me great customer service!
