Filemonk has been the best. Really easy to setup & has made the selling of my ebooks absolutely blissful on shopify. Highly recommend Filemonk for selling your digital products.

We have only just started using this; the rates are good and the customization of the email that is sent out is limited but it still allows more customization that all of the other apps.

the customer support team is fast responsive, very knowledge, and very helpful.

This is a time saver app. I am currently using the free version. I upload my custom digital file in pdf format and send it to my customer through the email they submit when they order. It is quick, easy, and saves me a lot of time. I highly recommend this app. Thanks. Mark

My review is based entirely on the customer service inrexeibed. The app itself is still new to me, but so far I like what it offers. I was working on the app late night and Sandesh answered my chat question. I have to admit I wasn’t expecting a response as fast as I did. Not only did Sandesh help me with my initial question, but several follow up questions as well. Customer service is top notch!

You can also check your dashboard to confirm that files were actually sent to the customer after purchase, which is helpful for troubleshooting customer issues.
