Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Very well integrated into Shopify, with the ability to offer a download per variant. We love it and are building our business on it!

Really glad to have found Filemonk. It's very easy to use and it's very helpful having the option to provide our customers with a Digital version of the products they choose.

I have been trying for weeks to get my DKIM verified but without success luckily Nagaraj came on line and because I didn't know how to do what was suggested (despite the information being given clearly) he went and sorted things out for me. Wow, thank you Filemonk for making this migration seamless. I had been using another app for 9 years but with changes on their end I needed to find another option.

I compared a lot of apps and Filemonk had all the features I needed (unlimited orders, no bandwidth limits, ability to update files and email your customers etc). The interface is very easy to navigate, their support team are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Very happy with this decision and it was a lot easier to migrate than I thought it would be.

This app makes starting a digital product business attainable and affordable. The app is an amazing feature that gets the job done. The plans give you great options and breathing room as well as the storage. Also they have great customer support, Hassan was able to help me with further establishing the app. I think this is a great app to start with in digital product delivery.
