Couldn't be simpler to setup, and a one click option to download all site images. I have no idea why this isn't an option in Shopify itself, but this is a perfect fix thank you.

The App loaded quickly and uploaded my files (Almost 500 products w/ pictures) very quickly, as well. I'm rebuilding my site on my own for the first time and knowing that there was a Free "in house" option to Bakcup & Export my existing files definitely alleviated a lot of stress. Thank you!!!

Excellent app, easy to use and never had any problems with it. Provides functionality which is sadly missing from Shopify. If you need to download your files, this is the app I would recommend.
