Great experience! I have found my data to be a lot more accurate than other software I tried before due to the great integrations with Shopify. The support team is always very quick to reply and very thorough in their help. Highly recommend!
I was hesitant at first because of the price but in the end we were able to get rid of our bookeeper and are saving so much money. It's also helpful now that I am handeling it myself that I have a full picture of our financials instead of someone else who was organizing it all. It's also so much easier to to use than quickbooks. I have no financial background and it has given me a lot of clarity.
I also love that there are live agents there to help any time I have a question about accounting and using the platform. Very easy to get answers.

Phenomenal app and support from the team. Onboarding was great and this really covers EVERYTHING an e-commerce business needs from inventory, COGs, bookkeeping, revenue, charts, everything in one place. Couldn't be more pleased with it.
Changed my life. Not kidding. It has removed most of the weight on my shoulders for accounting and finance.
Also, you guys should add cashflow forecasting to know how big of working capital loans to get.

I've had a great experience using Finaloop over the past couple years. I decided to use them over more standard accounting software mainly because of the price, but it's also been much more convenient and easy to use than I expected. Being able to chat with the accountants is very helpful. I haven't had to hire a bookkeeper at all, which has been great! I also love that the whole system is tailored to e-commerce stores. They do a great job of providing extra insights and help specifically for e-commerce, so it makes it much easier to understand where your business is actually at. Oh - and the live syncing with your platforms is a game-changer! No more waiting for 10+ days for your books to close from the previous months. I'm able to get a live glance at where my business is really at, anytime. So great! Highly recommend for anyone in e-commerce looking for reliable, easy to manage accounting software.
Working with Finaloop has been a total dream. I've gone through every bookkeeper imaginable. We switched from Bench in 2022, and since then, our books have been in tremendous shape. Clean user interface, tools, and reporting. Software is reliable. Most impressively, team is SUPER responsive which is a sign of an A+ company to work with. They're on top of everything, always. To my knowledge (and I've worked with many), they're the best eCommerce accountant out there right now.
