Working with Finaloop has been a total dream. I've gone through every bookkeeper imaginable. We switched from Bench in 2022, and since then, our books have been in tremendous shape. Clean user interface, tools, and reporting. Software is reliable. Most impressively, team is SUPER responsive which is a sign of an A+ company to work with. They're on top of everything, always. To my knowledge (and I've worked with many), they're the best eCommerce accountant out there right now.
I was paying a bookkeeper a lot of money to keep my books in order on my shopify store, Amazon seller account and Etsy account. Once I plugged in Finaloop I felt confident I had everything I needed to no longer pay a bookkeeper. I've been on it for about 5 months and so far it's been great. I really like all of the reports I can run. Super smooth and easy.
THE Shopify accounting app. Accountants are expensive, QBO is a pain in the rear - do yourself a favor and hop on the Finaloop train! As an e-com focused solution, Finaloop plugs right into all of your various sales channels and makes auto-categorizing and inventory accounting easier than ever. The support team is also top notch in both their responsiveness and assistance to ensure tasks are correctly completed.
After operating my Shopify store for 6 years, and having used two other well known accounting platforms and a local accountant, I can affirmatively say this is the best-why? it is built by people who understand how an online business works. Our books are updated in real time (without the need for a human) and we finally have real accurate data at all times to work with. We can make accurate decisions based on this system. It far exceeds the capabilities of any other eCommerce accounting system for Shopify that I have seen.
We onboarded onto the Inventory IQ functionality and while it takes a little time setup (worth it), it is incredibly helpful to have real-time landed costs and fulfillment automated that funnels through all other expenses to give us our profitability metrics we need. Very intuitive for Ecommerce businesses and it allows you to have clarity into your business expenses including inventory that before Finaloop was opaque.
