Really effective app, and easy to use. They have great customer service, and they're always adding new features. This is a great app!

I asked for some help via their live chat because I was having an issue setting something up with the app, I received multiple responses quickly and support was awesome. Definitely give this app a try if you are in need of a "push notification" app.

Excellent tool -- only thing I don't like is that they force you to send a welcome notification. I used to use PushCrew.com when I used WooCommerce/WordPress, and they did not force you to do that.

So far the experience has been great

The app seems easy to use and setup. However, while configuring the setup for SMS abandoned cart messages, I got a weird error message. It's Friday and support will not return until Monday, so I'm stuck over the weekend, which sucks when trying to get a new store up and running as quickly as possible. For now, I have to give 4 stars because of the error message that not only makes no sense but can't be resolved for 3 days.

Update 7/17/19- They actually got back to me over the weekend and fixed the problem so rating changed to 5 stars!
