Had previously used Ultimate Search for my filtering and search, it worked fine till things dont work, but their support had been just horrible. I tried out Flash search and it has been really quick. Given the age of this app, it works great. More importantly the support has been superb.

We installed this app on our other store and have been using for few months. We are amazed by the out of box features and customisation options offered by the app on both instant search and collection filters module. Integrates well with Kalles theme. It transformed our website to much more professional now. The support is very professional and can be accessible inside Shopify via chat. They have configured, customised, custom coded and done everything to keep us happy despite us being hard on some occasions. I thought that the theme's search and filter features were insufficient, and I was obliged to go for a more powerful application. FlashSearch is a relatively new application, but it impressed me with its clean and simple design, it was smooth and easy to understand, I ran into a few problems (they came from the configuration side, no bugs) and immediately the customer support team pointed me to the location where I could configure the functionality I desired. It's somewhat unexpected that a new app on the market has such outstanding service; with other applications, I normally have to wait 2-3 days for a response. Maintain the same level of product quality and support, FlashSearch.
