FlavorCloud is awesome and I wish I had it eight years ago when I first started my online store. It allows customers to pay customs and duties upfront, which means no more angry emails upon delivery. Also, I found it very easy to install. Another aspect I love is the customer service. If a package stalls, or if there's an issue at customs, I email FlavorCloud and they handle it ASAP. My few issues have been handled the same business day, which is incredible service in my book. Really, really happy I found this service. It's made this aspect of my business so much easier.

Great app! Totally changed our Shopify store to include international taxes, duties, etc to be purchased by the customer at checkout. No more surprises for our customers when they get their product. Plus, they discounted the Int. Shipping fees! On top of that, Customer service is top notch! (Balthasar is the best!). Go global with confidence!

This system is a game changer for us. As our COO, I have used many shipping services and understand how "it all works." To have an app that installs quickly to give real time quotes based on country and service is really great and easy. I would say what it comes down to is cost, and the shipping costs are much lower than our old services. There's 2 services, standard and express and they quote out all of their carriers (post, fedex, ups, dhl, etc) based on the "lanes" and the destination country.

Long story short, it's worth installing and trying it out. It's easy to work with and the costs are a game changer. Hope that helps

FlavorCloud enabled us to start shipping anywhere without the headaches of figuring out customs, duties etc. Since international customers can see the total cost without talking to us, it saves us all the time we previously wasted making quotes for people who then did not buy. The total prices are better than any other service I researched. Help and training were easy to get and they treat us like they really care about our business.

We have been searching for the right international shipping app/ partner for some time. I will say that we are very pleased with Flavor Cloud. Not only are the rates really great (literal 1/2 of what we were paying) but the team and support are great to work with as well. Thank you Flavor Cloud
