I had some problems in customizing the customer account page, so I asked for a support to the Flit Family and they solved the problem quickly and much better than I was expecting they would do.

So I give to Flits family 5 stars even if, for my experience, they really would deserve more!

Great app, had an issue and they fixed it very quickly. Our customers love the wish list and easy sign up options. I would definitely recommend!

2 years with Flits and what an amazing team to work with, This app not only completely changes the look and feel for the customer, but adds so many features I did not have before like the Store credit feature,Referral Program, Earning rules, Spendings rules and much more. The support team is what puts this app over the top. They are dedicated to every site that uses their apps and personally helps them with any questions,set-up and beyond! They really outdid themselves on the DUO + UNO upgrades! No one compares! Thank you Flits!!

I finally found a Shopify app that enables customization of the customer account setup without fully custom building it. The team has been quite helpful in making some tweaks to my setup and the tutorials they have available are super helpful as well. Definitely recommended :-)

We have been using Flits for a little while now and they have been very helpful since we installed it. Any time we reach out with a concern, they take care of it very quickly. For our wishlist, they even added a save for later function from our cart which is great (not sure if this is a regular feature now). Overall I would definitely recommend working with them!

This app covers everything that we wanted. We had 1 customisation, Milind and his team were able to get on to it straight away and it works perfectly.

App worked great straight from the beginning! Allowed us to have a much nicer customer interface for our customers. We encountered minimal issues, which were all fixed super quickly. Highly Recommend!

I used this for the customer account page for my website and it works awesome. It also gives a wish list widget for the customer. I hope they will come with the customer review section too.

This is an amazing app as this has a much needed feature. i.e an extensive My Account which features Wishlist and other useful features, which is an important feature for any theme in the Shopify store.
Their support is amazingly quick. Vaibhav went over and beyond to help me with my the wishlist button integration in my theme as it was having some issues but he was able to resolve it within a day.
Highly recommend this app.

My only expectation for future iteration of the app would be an even more modern & aesthetic UI for the app.

DO NOT USE. if you need account authentication at all whatsoever, this app completely blocks reCAPTCHA from working. Per shopify customer support -->

"When reCAPTCHA v2 is engaged, the customer is referred to the 'Challenge' page. This page is not hosted in Shopify theme files or Admin - it is provided and managed by Google. Once the challenge has been successfully completed, the redirect looks for the customer account page. In this case, it looks like when that page is blank the fallback is to route back to the customer account login page.

I have also confirmed that other third-party customer account apps have a similar issue with v2 redirect. The problem is that Google's reCAPTCHA challenge page overrides the app's redirect settings, looks for the .liquid it is expecting, and then loops back to the login page.
You can consider customizing the customers/account.liquid file, instead of using third-party apps to provide your customer account features. Or, you may be able to request a custom version of the customer account apps that can be recognized by the reCAPTCHA challenge page redirect. Google does offer development documentation: Google Dev Support : reCAPTCHA Developer's Guide / Verifying the user's response."

This issue created over 1000 fake accounts and took heavily involving shopify plus customer support to rectify.

This app in general is not good. Very limited customization, almost nothing in custom CSS. Not only that but there is a lot better apps for the money that do not cause the recaptcha issue. Ditch this app and go with something else.

1 - Regarding Captcha  -I deeply reviewed your point but honestly, the Login/Signup page and it's a related process (Including Re-Captcha) is not from Flits' end, it is from Shopify's end and Flits is unable to control the same page, and process due to this, but still our tech team will help you for all feasible way, we can discuss with Shopify as well. 

2 - Regarding the Customisation CSS - Yes, regarding customization CSS, we will be glad to improve as per your brand color and other requirements for sure, please share with me. I can assign a dedicated developer to fulfill your requirements.
