Flits: Loyalty & Wishlist +

Great app and great customer service. This app has allowed my customers to each have a unique experience, all administered through the account page.

This is by far the best app for functionality, technical expertise and customer service. I tried several 'customer area' apps in the past and Flits not only does what it needs to, but it offers a condensed, sleek view of what my customers need. They even created a special menu based on customer metafields for my customers to download their CGI files! and fixed some header issues that my theme had with the app.

Normally I don't even bother writing reviews but Flits deserves it. They offer a very professional service that keeps you updated at every step and I could not be happier with the results.

Flits provides an important product. The customer and technical support are highly competent and professional. They were able to oblige our requests and customise the product to suit our store. I would like to highlight Bhargav and his team for doing a great job.

I used this app to help make the account page look so much better than shopify's default account page. I would recommend the add-ons-specially the store credit- if you don't already have an app that does the same thing because its more convenient for me to keep them in one location. The store credit is really nice and acts similar to a rewards/referral program, so that is really nice. I really enjoyed their fast customer support and how they are always trying to help customize their app for my theme and my specific needs. I would really recommend this app for anyone trying to improve their account page setup.

Staff was very helpful. Had logistical issues in the beginning, but after a couple of attempts they were able to resolve it.
