An app with great functionality, but I especially want to highlight the work of the technical support team, I had special requests regarding the design of product cards and menus items, they quickly fulfilled my task. This is the best support I have ever worked with. I recommend this plugin!

I am so glad I added this app to my store. It really helped to give it a professional look and more options for my customers. Their support team is very responsive and helpful getting set up and editing code as needed.

Excellent customer service. I needed the wishlist to specifically appear to the right of my add-to-cart button and I didn't know how to do that myself. Their dev team was quick and got the job done. And I'm very excited to see how well the app improve my conversion rate. I've installed several wishlist apps, but I feel that this is one of the best and most economical! Definitely give these guys a try!

I just installed this FLITS app last week. I have always been looking for a more professional looking customer account page where customers could have access to all of their information in one spot. The professional look of the account page on this app is great. I was able to add links to pages with customer support information that has been really helpful and customize the look and feel the way I wanted to help increase the look and feel of our brand. I had to reach out to customer service for a couple of things that I wanted setup a certain way and the customer service was prompt, responsive and very helpful. I wish they had integrations already built with a couple of other apps I already use but hopefully that will come on their roadmap sometime in the near future.
If you are looking for a better alternative to the basic Shopify account page, I would definitely recommend this app for you to try out.

Not sure on this app.. seemed great at the outset but im concerned there may be too many conflicts. we are trying to use it on our store www.annalise.co.uk

Amazing support. Found solution to my unique case in 1 day! The app is also very versatile with many many options.

I'm updating my review to 4 stars from 1 star. I had some serious issues with the app. The Flits team fixed a lot of the problems that I encountered. They pushed my ticket to the top. In the end, they fixed the things that were THE MOST important to me and they did so in a timely manner. The only reason I am not moving it up to a 5 star is that there is some work that needs to be done with the app. I would prefer that the css on "My Accounts" page didn't take on their appearance css, it should keep the theme's styling so that it doesn't look as if the customers are on a different website. And the documentation needs to improve. I believe I wouldn't have had the issues I did if the documentation was better. This app does what it needs to do and that makes me MUCH MUCH HAPPIER!! Thank you Flits for fixing the issues. If I could, I'd give 4.9 stars. :)
