I added FLITS to enhance my customer dashboard experience. I reached out to support about dynamically displaying content on customers dashboards that is gated via another app and the FLITS team have been working efficiently, diligently and with great communication to solve this for us! 5 out of 5 team here!

Great Support. I have a really really old theme and they took over and really made it work. I love the idea of customer credits and birthday rewards. Flits does both.

Amazing customer service. Quick, responsive, and extremely helpful in troubleshooting the initial set-up.

Bummed it doesn't integrate with Klaviyo but they say they are working on it.

I installed this app and paid for the social login, it works flawlessly. I also had some problems with the customer page, but I contacted support and they were quick to answer. They fixed all of my issues and then customized something for me.

I haven't had the chance to try the other features but I would love to.
10/10 so far.

just started using and the customer service is very responsive. More importantly the solution they provided are accurate as they will ask several questions to pin point and make sure their understanding of the problem is correct.

The out-of-the-box Account page is very simple and lacks any meaningful functionality, beyond order history. Flits helped us give more power to our customers and was incredibly helpful and responsive in getting the new Account Page to be exactly what we needed.

I had always felt that the user account section of Shopify was really basic and could use an overhaul. Flits does that and more. Allowing the customer to check their order history and re-order is a simple but must-have feature for any Shopify store. Amazing app and even better support. Trust they keep up the good work.
