I liked the ability to set up two sets of icons and make them available at different times of day, e.g. we want calls only from 7-9 but emails and map features always available. It took some thinking but quite easy to do. In general, it's pretty easy to work with and we appreciate that. No developers here just us biz owners scrambling. :)
This app is a great addition to any website. Easy to set up and if you need help, their customer support responds so quickly and takes action--fastest ever that I've encountered. Highly recommended app with amazing support! And thank you again, Tracy and to the dev for the super quick action on my request!

Right before our big company launch the app suddenly stops working. And no matter how much I reach out I have gotten no response. Then I see they put up a notice for customer support not being available. Horrible timing.
