This app is great if you have catalogues in pdf form and you want your customers to be able to see all you have to offer. It is so easy to use and works brilliantly, delighted with it because it adds a great feature to our online presence and offering. I would highly recommend it.
Needed a quick and easy way to add our Lookbook to our site. Found this app, signed up for the free version to play around then immediately signed up for the reasonably priced pay version. Got it posted to the site in a matter of minutes! I reached out with 2 functionality questions last week and they added the features this week! Great app and great customer service!

We are 100% satisfied with the APP and with the service. The APP does what it promises and even more, we got a needed tool implemented for adding parameters at the end of all product URLs to track ambassadors. And regarding the service, both Kwakuvi and Adriana are great at explaining how to use the APP and its features.

I am on a 7 day free trial and so far I am loving this app. I needed help getting up and running and Adriana was awesome and so was the dev team -- quick to fix a problem and get me up and running so I can test the app. Some of the best support I have ever gotten. Thank you so much and your app is amazing. Highly recommend.

I'm Kwaku, the developer of Flook. I checked our support ticket and my colleague actually told you that you can uninstall the app and we will refund you any amount that will be charged to your account. From what I can see in our admin interface, Shopify actually charged you the amount 1 month later for the App which is why we missed it.
I apologize for that. I can see that $300 was already refunded when you downgraded so I will ask my colleague to refund the remaining amount right away and she will send you an email to confirm that your issue is solved.
