Great support, they are responsive and to the point. Very nice to have app, I really recommend it.

Jade (chat) helped with everything! So useful, 10/10 recommend! My website has all font, as I wanted them and Jade helped me with multiple amends to get it looking perfect.

Our experience with using Fontify has been excellent. It's super easy to integrate into the store and add new fonts which creates a holistic brand image. We encountered an issue with our uploaded font not being applied to h3 tags and found Susan in customer service to be very knowledge, understanding and helpful in supporting to resolve the issue.

Great fast help and sorted out the problem really quickly. Can't complain with the service at all. Very friendly.

Tried coding the font into my theme myself but this app just makes it so much easier. There was an error after installing but customer support fixed it within 5 minutes! Would def recommend.

I'm someone with zero coding ability and Fontify has been an absolute lifesaver! Very easy to use (even for me) and has a great help video that gets you up and running in seconds. Big bonus is the chat support that is remarkably quick to respond (I've never waited more than 1 minute) and always keen to help. I used this app to use a custom font I received from my graphic designer and it helped tremendously as you don't need any form of coding background. When I found myself running into issues because my designer gave me an uncopyrighted font, the support team Helen and Qi helped me figure out the issue and continued to check in to make sure I resolved my issue.

app is very easy to use, customer service is very responsive and helpful. would highly recommend to standardize fonts and style across entire website.
