Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

Customer Service from Jade was very responsive and helpful. Had some porblems and get directly and straight-forward help.

The app is simple to use. I used chat support since I am nervous about messing with my theme. No waiting time for assistance and was able to get my google font on my site without any coding.

I needed help getting a specific weight of a font to show up and Anna figured out the easiest way to make it work (without a lot of code). The response time was also very quick and she always let me know what she was working on.

It' simple, but works fine if you want to use Google Fonts. It has a nice feature that allows you to select an element on the page to apply the font.

Installed the application to update to a google font to refresh the store look. Ran into a few glitches on the font translations. Contacted support and within 30 minutes was working with Anna. She was amazing, patient, and helpful. We updated the icon elements and other issues related to 3rd party app integrations what were not reflecting the font update. We will test the app and fonts for a few weeks to ensure speed is not degraded. That said, I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to test without concern of the support being their to back you up when needed. Anna, your team is lucky to have you!
