I've only been using the app for less than a week and have yet to deploy anything that has been tested, but so far so good. The interface is intuitive and the formatting previews are dynamic, responsive and applicable to existing orders, making it easy to test over a wide-range of real-life use cases. The support staff have been responsive and helpful, following up with specific and targeted questions, suggestions and solutions, which indicates they have strong knowledge of their product and clear and direct communication with their development team.
Fordeer support has been fast and amazing!! They have really gone above and beyond to help us with a few customizations on our stores.

We recently installed this app to solve issues with Invoices for our wholesale customers. The app works very well and offers a large range of automation and customization features.
