I have used EM Forms Builder for several years and it has performed as expected. After making some website changes I required some technical support and they worked with me quickly and efficiently to get everything working properly again.
Very good App and special thanks for ankit he deal very friendly.
The free version lets you create a form, but does not allow you to see the results when the form is completed. You have to upgrade, which of course makes the "free" plan useless.
We needed a form to enable customers to request a quotation for custom work to be done on their furniture. This app works very well, allowing customers to use various methods to describe their items and even attach photos to base our quotations on.
There was an issue with how the form was displaying on our Shopify website at first, but I was very impressed with how quickly Form Builder/EVM's ...
Very good and fast customer service! Love the app! We use it daily for our website and it has been very helpful.
