Works great, its a simple and easy way to get form uploads in Shopify without having to do your own complex setup. I had an technical issue, but there support responded in 2 minutes and fixed it right away.

I really like this app! It has the features I need and is easy to use. I had an issue with one of my forms not saving, so I contacted support via chat. They responded immediately and, over a couple of days, fixed the issue.

Very helpful to make custom application forms as they let you have unlimited fields and the forms have conditional logic. The service is good too they answer relatively quickly.

We are satisfied with the application and usually do not have any problems, however, when we do, customer support is quick to solve them and allows us to continue with our business.

Hulk Form Builder is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features that cater to different form needs. Great product wonderful service. As a developer the fact that you can add custom CSS in the app is super. I was able to speak to a rep that understood code. She looked into the html of the iframe to give me the selector i needed to target in my css. Thumbs Up!!!!
