This app worked perfect for me to build a Client Intake Form, a Consent Form as well as a Contact Form - all with the free version! Thank you for helping me get my site started!

Form is great, especially for being free. If the form could perform functions related to a Shopify account like creating customers it would be even better! As of right now, the form will send you by email all the data entered. There is no way to take that data from the form and create a new customer from it automatically.

The Hulk Form Builder is a well designed Shopify app that makes it a simple process to build and integrate contact forms with just a few clicks, and the free version even includes a captcha to filter out spam/bots. The support team answers very quickly too! Good stuff!
