Have been using this app for years, along with other apps by the developer. Love all of them. Recently ran into an issue where my forms weren't loading on my website. Reached out via chat, and within minutes I had a response and a collaborator request. They did their thing and fixed whatever the issue was - all within 10 minutes of opening a chat. Easy to use forms and export function. Has been working really well for us. Excellent free version, really appreciate that option for small business. Would definitely recommend.

Works great, its a simple and easy way to get form uploads in Shopify without having to do your own complex setup. I had an technical issue, but there support responded in 2 minutes and fixed it right away.
