I use the HULK Free Form Builder app to build forms on my Shopify website www.westermanbags.com
* A customer feedback form, mostly for items which were purchased outside of the Shopify store. (Regular purchases get reviews through the Shopify review app. )
* An order form for purchases which need to be paid with with a giftvoucher. This way I can skip the expensive Shopify upgrade and still offer giftvouchers, albeit a little more work in the setup and maintenance.
The final integration of the form in webshop was done for me, I am very satisfied with this FREE Hulk app.

I am just starting out using this app. Had some issues starting out getting the form installed (only on my end) but reached out and the team helped me out asap. They're great. Very helpful and super speedy at responding! Hoping this will work great for what I need! Thanks so much!

This app will allow you to create multiple Contact forms , exchange and return forms for free!!! it is very useful and important to any store small or big.
Also, they have the best support, the follow up of the customer service is great.
I recommended this app for sure for everyone.
