App works fine however they are falsely promoting a free version. You can't save any forms in the free version even though it says "unlimited forms." Just be honest and let people know they have to pay to use the app. There's no sense in promoting a free version if it doesn't exist!
Hi there, thank you for sharing your thoughts, but I would like to clarify ourselves so we can make things right for you.
First of all, we do have a legit free version of the app, where merchants can save unlimited forms, unlimited submissions. Merchants who want to use more advanced features can upgrade their app but even without that, a form can be easily set up in a store. We've not advertised anything which we wouldn't be able to fulfill later. That will affect how we're perceived, and we want to be loved by our merchants for keeping our apps valuable, simple, and affordable (if not free).

Our team will definitely assist you ins setting up your form(s), Also, we offer free installation/setup for all our apps.

Honestly a very quick and easy app to use and if you're ever stuck the help chat is fairly quick to respond too. Even with the free version you can still customize the look of your form to make it match and go with any branding you have. Definitely recommended for small businesses!

This is a good app - no question. But the pricing is crazy. The shopify app is $10pm here and $10pm there, for $7.90pm its just not worth it. I found a comparable app for $1.99pm (formbuilder) and its awesome!

Customer service was incredibly friendly and solved my issue quickly. Definitely take note of the free vs. paid plan differences, but overall this is a great option for basic forms!

Got stuck with the app, user error. Went on chat, Kenan answered promptly and gave me one of the fasted solutions I've ever experience using chat support, and I have to get in touch with Facebook support for ads management (and they are terrible!) Non funziona! Una volta inserito il codice, sia che lo inserisci in modalitá shortcode o tramite l'app, non accade nulla! 30 minuti per confezionare la form e poi non funziona nulla... tempo perso. Bha
