Elle n'est pas multilingue et impossible à traduire avec une application de traduction tierce, et la version gratuite ne permet pas de modifier les JS avancés, de coup les phrases du backend restent en anglais par défaut.
Et le service clientèle met beaucoup de temps à répondre.

Customer service is great! I do wish I had the ability to manually move the elements on the form content (unless I missed it). Otherwise great.
Amazing service! I needed help with emailing and integrating form into our website and Emira was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me!
I struggled a bit to get it set up but I think it was my fault. So far the builder looks sleek and I think will be just what I needed
