This app has been very helpful to get my store up and running. I have found the app works extremely reliably and always as expected. Customer service has been helpful on the few, random occasions I had questions or wanted to ask for clarification on how something functioned.
This is a great app. It's extremely useful and versatile. You can pretty much do anything you can think of with this app.
The user interface is well built and easy to use. We were set up and building forms within 5 minutes.
Honestly, the best part has been the support team. They contact you right back and get the issues resolved quickly.

Wow! This a great app. Especially considering that it is free.
I have tried a few form builders, and this is the easiest to use by far. It produces a beautiful form that you can customize in many, many ways. It has a really intuitive and nice looking admin too.

We love the ability to customize the form to match our brand. Very easy to set up. We changed themes and needed a little assistance and their support was very quick to step in and help us out. Great App! Great support!

Hulk form builder is the best among all the form builders i tried in the app store.
I would recommend hulk form builder to other businesses looking for a similar solution.
