Vatsal has been amazing. We worked on a minor issue throughout the day and he stayed in contact the entire time. I am a new user as of today. I easily made a form, I was just having coding issues in my theme. Great great great customer service.

The moment I hit a configuration roadblock, I contacted their support, and they responded almost immediately. The video they gave was not that detailed without subtitles or even text guidance, but they were willing to guide me step by step and eventually got things done.
