Hulk Form Builder works really well and the tech support is super responsive. They are so easy to work with and so is the app itself. Highly reccomend!

Quick responsiveness. Understood my questions right away, fixed the first problem and then responded clearly enough for me to see how to fix the second.

So far, so good. My only quibble is that the conditional logic is limited. For example, I'd like to be able to check a number field for greater than or less than conditions. I'd did a workaround, so no problem. Other than that, the app is excellent.
