Great experience. I have had this app installed on one site for about a year and have had no problems.
I installed it on another site and got hung up. Their support answered my request almost immediately late on a Friday. That was unexpected, but super awesome. They told me what I did wrong and offered to copy over the forms from the existing site to the new site.

Very fast attention, easy to communicate in several languages and very effective and good problem solving, very kind on the part of the agents attending, in terms of the application, very easy to understand, good customization options for forms,with many options! I had issues at first, however the staff was extremely responsive and helped with providing the solution I needed to make the form work exactly how I wanted within the store!
