I have been using this app for a while and am very pleased with it. I had trouble with replacing an existing form on my site with a new hulk form, and Eldin with tech support quickly helped me and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend!

Cette application de création de formulaires est vraiment parfaite. Plusieurs plans sont proposés, dont un gratuit qui est déjà assez complet. L'application se paramètre très facilement et fonctionne parfaitement. Quand au service client, j'ai eu une réponse en moins de 2 minutes. Je recommande !

We started using this app in June 2018 and it has been the sole form provider for all of our forms. When any of our apps are filled out and submitted it sends an email notification to our support desk and we are able to manage from there. It is simple to go back and export all the submissions so I never worry about losing information. The developers are quick to respond if I have any issues, which has only been one time and that was on my side. Definitely worth the money and easy to use!
