Very good customer service!! Hulk Form Builder is honestly a must to have if you wanna have a professional contact us form etc.

I wanted to build a form for my customers to upload pictures for potential commissions, and add information that I would be asking them in the initial response anyway, and Form Builder with File Upload was perfect. Easily customizable too, so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb on my page, even with my limited back-end design experience. Two non-sore thumbs up!
