Shopify was doing some updates to their Thank You page and Hulk Apps needed to do some work on their end to make sure the update was seamless. I reached out and they immediately helped and got the coding up to speed. Great service and great communication.

Danna was unbelievably helpful today. She spend several hours with me while we fixed my problems with my Shopify account. If she had not been so helpful I don't know what I would have done. Her patience was off the chart. I am a novice at working with Hulk App and Shopify so it was hard for me to get through the process. Without her help I would have been totally lost! Seriously so helpful. Sometimes these apps get frustratingly difficult to navigate but the team steps in to make it super easy. If you’re looking to create a form for your Shopify, I would recommend making it a pop up on the home page. If you want a link that you can share on other platforms, best way to do it is create a page on your Shopify store that the form is on, then you can copy that URL and post it anywhere! I have had a great experience with Hulkapps using their form builder and I have never had any issues. I submitted a ticket that was purely due to my ignorance and they were very prompt and polite with their response and successfully brought clarity to the situation.

Solid app with a lot of flexibility.
We use it to create a Request for Quote form which needs a lot of input by the customer.
With this app we were able to create a form fit for purpose that looks good and functions as we desire.
