My question was answered in a way that I could solve my problem. They also gave me an option to help me do it, but I was able to do it myself

I needed a form where people can upload files and this is perfect. It was easy to create and design the form how I needed it to be and implement onto my shop. Muaza from support on live chat was amazing and helped me when my form appeared on two pages and I couldn't work out how and why. Muaza fixed the problem there and then and explained what had happened - when you add your form as a block it will add to each page that uses that template. However, if you insert the short code in to the html it'll show on that page only.

the app is very good and all in one what you need in form. The support is very fast and good. I had currency problem and they solved in few hours

My website is in French and it is impossible to write french without apostrophes (single quote character). It is also almost impossible to write English without single quotes. This app does not support single quotes in labels! When a developer does not bother to handle special characters in their UI, it makes you wonder about what other shortcuts they have taken. It is a shame as I like the app, on paper. It is well thought out and functionally rich. Uninstalling reluctantly

So far so good, create support! Khushbu was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me throughout the installation process. Now that I have installed the product I'm a little weary. There are certain features in the app that make it not easy for users to use. I have downgraded my review from 5-3 stars. UPDATE: I'm experiencing issues with the dashboard. The dashboard is not user-friendly - it cannot be filtered. Every time one clicks to see an image they are required to re-search for the item they are looking for. Total mess. Would be happy to speak to a developer and let them know my issues - and update my review but for now it's a downgrade.

I am using it, but I would like to know if I can export the info that the customers have filled on one sheet.

I used this app to add a custom form for my customers to request customized items. It took me a few days but the help from the support team was great. Each rep was able to help me no matter how long it took. I really appreciate that

I've been using Form Builder with File Upload for quite some time and have installed it on a new site. Their support is very responsive and helpful. The app is great.
