The form we built using this app works well, except that it is incompatible with our email (Office 365), so we are unable to take advantage of having email confirmations look like they are coming from our own business. We are looking into work-arounds. Hulk Apps tech support was very responsive and friendly; they just weren't able to provide a workable solution.

Cab dio sine things for free but they give many reasons to get you to pay the $10 per month The bad news is that if you upgrade while doing a form ( whici it provides you the option to do you lose the work that you have done. Be very careful and assuem that this is $10 per month if you do anything useful

I really like this app, it's easy to put together and as soon as a customer fills out the form it emails it to my work email so I can action the lead. Highly recommend :)
