Easy to set up a form.
But not useful at all because you don't receive any submitted forms. And that is not very nice.

The app is very useful, and I found customer support to be very polite, knowledgeable with quick turnaround. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of backend functionality, I was not able to make some pretty integral edits and it had to be done by the customer care team.

I would recomed this app because it's so easy to work with it, and it so a user-friendly interface, which is perfect for newbies like me. Also, their free version is enough if you decide to do, for example, a simple form like contact one.

Hulk Form is a great app that comes with all the essential input fields. What I also love about is the ease of use. While there are lots of features you can customize, it is so simple to use. I was able to create a form within 30 min in my first try. And even if you have some trouble, amazing customer support is there for you. They took care of me anytime and very promptly to assist with any concerns I came across. I highly recommend this app!

Best form builder I've ever used. Other form builders took soooo long to load, but hulk form builders are super quick to load! Support is good as well! recommend this app. i use it on 3 of my stores :) Great for if you want full customisation of your forms

It works but for some reason you have to pay to be able to add CSS & JS styling...
Also it's static so if you want someone to list Directors of a business you can't have an "add more" button that loads more textareas, also you can't set a heading of an area of the form, just the main title of the form, so if you have a billing address and a delivery address in your form you have to list "billing address name, delivery address name, etc.." which makes it kinda messy, but it is a bare bones form builder, just don't think you should have to pay $10 a month to style a bare bones form.
