I am VERY displeased with the customer service. The stripe integration has NOT worked for me, and after a week of back and forth with the help desk their answer is "your API key is wrong". It isn't. I've now asked for a follow up twice and they are trying to close my ticket.
UPDATE: Immediately after I posted this review I was contacted by a manager. It took a few more days and extensive testing, but with his help the integration is now working.

This app is great and so are the guys that run support tp help walk you through it. I'm new to all of this and they went in my store and did the changes for me! So quick to respond also which surprised me. Over all great experience with them!

Just downloaded the app and am using the form for post purchase. It works great and the team there was sooo helpful and even coded it into my email for me!

The app generator is great! I had a little trouble getting the form embedded, but after a 2 min chat with their support team, it was resolved... and my error! Very easy to use, but if you do have any issues, their team is there with immediate assistance!
