The level of support that these guys give is unreal. They have even done custom backend stuff to get my forms looking and feeling exactly how we want. I have been extremely impressed and will continue to use them for all my custom form needs!

I used this app to create a questionnaire form on my website. As someone who knows nothing about coding, I reached out to get help adding the form to my site. Deepa responded in a timely manner and added the form for me. It didn't work at first because of a mistake I had made having duplicate pages, but Deepa figured out my error so I could delete the extra page. Now my questionnaire is live on my site and it is perfect! The app itself was really easy to use! I definitely recommend it!!!

I looked at a number of form builder apps and this one appeared to provide everything I needed so I saw no need for one of the paid apps. It even supports conditional form objects - objects tht only appear based on teh vlaue the user chooses from a drop-down or whether a checkbox is clicked or not.

As I used it I encountered one situation where I would like to have had a form object that wasn't supported - the ability to link to a url either via a text link or button. Other than that (and the need to not use an apostrophe anywhere) the app was flawless, and easy to configure with various post-submit options for what to do when the form is submitted.

If you want a flexible, customizable form builder give this one a shot before paying for one of the competitors.

Using free version for Contact Us form with ability for file uploads (a feature needed by us). Easy to set up and all working fine. Great that this is available free.

At first, I was unable to get my stripe payment system working on my form. For some reason, the contact customer support form was not working which made it frustrating on my end. The team was able to get back to me and resolve my issue in a timely manner. I appreciate all the help from the team and the form is now working smoothly. Sorry, for the poor review at first. Everything on the app works as advertised and their customer support team was there to help me when I needed it.

The set-up is very easy to do. We wanted to add some custom made options and costumer support employee Deepa helped us very fast with the things we wanted. Would recommend this app!
