Great app and the customer service is excellent!

Amazing app and amazing service! Ken is always there to help. We use this app on a number of our stores and it works great with no issues at all.

Slow support, support doesnt help at all with no ETA. it's been about 4-5 days and app doesn't work. Built a contact us page but when submit no message saying it's submitted and it's not coming through. I don't know what developers are doing but they need to do better...
