Great app, excellent support! Very responsive and easy to manage. We needed a little support for a bug fix and it was fixed right away.

I used this app to create a questionnaire form on my website. As someone who knows nothing about coding, I reached out to get help adding the form to my site. Deepa responded in a timely manner and added the form for me. It didn't work at first because of a mistake I had made having duplicate pages, but Deepa figured out my error so I could delete the extra page. Now my questionnaire is live on my site and it is perfect! The app itself was really easy to use! I definitely recommend it!!!

Using free version for Contact Us form with ability for file uploads (a feature needed by us). Easy to set up and all working fine. Great that this is available free.

At first, I was unable to get my stripe payment system working on my form. For some reason, the contact customer support form was not working which made it frustrating on my end. The team was able to get back to me and resolve my issue in a timely manner. I appreciate all the help from the team and the form is now working smoothly. Sorry, for the poor review at first. Everything on the app works as advertised and their customer support team was there to help me when I needed it.

The set-up is very easy to do. We wanted to add some custom made options and costumer support employee Deepa helped us very fast with the things we wanted. Would recommend this app!

We've used Form Builder by HulkApps for a little while - with our new e-commerce site for everything from return forms to supplier information forms and contact forms.. We are using the Free version - but have no problem with signing up to the pretty reasonable monthly plan when the time comes - we use their chat box for any quick easy questions the responses always quick and pretty easy.. once you get use to how the form builder works its pretty good - I don't think we use it to it's full capacity yet! We look forward to seeing what else we can do and use it for...

We use this app for our trade and price match forms. Very happy with it and definitely recommend it. The support team is great as well!
